Sport parenting is a lot — the early mornings, long drives, emotional highs and lows, and constant pressure to hold it together for your athlete. This workshop offers you a rare pause to reset and reconnect with yourself, so you can keep showing up with steadiness and care.

What this Workshop Offers

Grounded and Connected is a 75-minute, in-person workshop created to support the people behind the athletes — the parents who carry so much of the emotional and practical load of sport life.

This is not about parenting better or fixing anything about how you show up. It’s about supporting you — so you can keep supporting your athlete without running yourself into the ground.

In this workshop you’ll be guided through gentle, practical activities that help you:

  • Settle your nervous system after stressful moments

  • Reset when emotions run high at games or practices

  • Feel steadier in big conversations with your child

  • Respond rather than react when pressure builds

  • Reconnect with yourself instead of staying in survival mode

Everything offered is optional and invitational. There is no pressure to speak, share, or perform — you participate only to the level that feels right for you.
