I don’t believe in hiding rates or relying on confusing systems to gatekeep your healing. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about session costs, payment options, cancellation policies, and insurance coverage. No hidden fees. No complicated portals. Just clear, human-to-human communication.
Session Fees
Individual counselling sessions are 60 minutes long and are priced at $150 CAD per session, including GST.
I currently offer sessions online and in-person.
If affordability is a barrier, a limited number of sliding scale spots may be available. Please feel free to reach out and ask.

Payment & Insurance
Payment is accepted via e-transfer. You’ll receive an invoice and receipt after each session that can be submitted to your insurance provider.
I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor in good standing (Registration #3896) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada, which means that my services may be covered under by your extended health benefits. Please check directly with your provider to confirm your coverage.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee.
To reschedule, simply email me at hello@motionally.ca. There are no penalties for rescheduling with adequate notice.
